This training course is designed to provide each participant with a comprehensive knowledge of each unit dose operation in the Tablet & Capsule making process: The main topics are Formulation, Blending, Milling, Granulation, Drying, Final Blending, Tableting, Tablet Press Tooling, Coating, Encapsulation and Tablet Printing.

This two day in house program provides the basic knowledge needed to understand manufacturing practices; common equipment used and provides a thorough explanation of what it takes to make a quality product. We cover formulations, common tablet & capsule defects and problem solving. The participant should expect to gain a quick and comprehensive understanding of tablet & capsule manufacturing.


Who Should Attend:

This session is ideal for new employee training, newly transferred employees and recent college graduates. The participant will be able to quickly look at a formula, and determine the process used to manufacture it. They will be able to go into any pharmaceutical company and understand the equipment and the granulation pathway. This program will put different departments on the same page. Finally it is designed to be user friendly in a warm and open environment.
This presentation is done in a lecture / class room using PowerPoint.
