Course Description:

This training course is designed to provide a comprehensive view of the Granulation & Blending operation and is open to all who wish to attend.

Presented in either a half day, one day or two day format, the participant will learn about specific manufacturing practices, equipment types and proper granulating & blending techniques. This is an intense training program designed to deliver a detailed understanding of granule formation, controlling particle size, solution preparation and drying techniques.

We will also discuss common granulator blenders used in pharmaceutical and nutritional companies. Special attention will be given to proper blending techniques, powder and flow characteristics, pre & final blending, and different blender types.

Who Should Attend:

This course is ideal for Managers, Supervisors, Leads, Operators, Quality Teams, R&D, and Technical Services. Both new and experienced employees will benefit from the training provided in this course.
